AZPI Eastmark Giveaway Contest Rules
Arizona Performance Institute is giving away $150 grand prize to use towards a golf or sports performance baseline assessment or towards recovery services at Arizona Performance Institute.
Participants can enter the contest on March 25th from 9 am to 3 pm. Participants must be 18 years or older, unless their legal guardian gives consent.
By participating in the giveaway you are giving Arizona Performance Institute permission to email you with newsletters, upcoming events, or promotional materials.
Giveaway winner will be randomly selected on March 27th and will be contacted by March 28th.
