Arizona Performance Institute offers dry needling and electrical dry needling to our patients and athletes to help aide in their recovery process.

What is Dry Needling?

We use thin filiform needles, oftentimes paired with electrical stimulation, to facilitate a local immune response to help with faster tissue healing, decreased pain, and improved mobility among many other benefits. Dry needling can target not only muscular trigger points, but tendons, ligaments, and even nerves!
